Team Leader Ventilation/Air Conditioning

• Planning, designing and realising demanding systems in the field of ventilation and air conditioning
• Responsible for the quality-, deadline- and cost-compliant execution of projects
• Acquisition of new construction projects as well as maintaining relationships with customers, architects and suppliers
• Utilising the latest findings from research and development regarding improved materials, products, processes etc.
• Placing orders and creating an appropriate handover for the installation team
• Participation in construction meetings
• Team leadership

What defines you.

• Training as a building services planner specialising in ventilation, further training in building services advantageous
• Several years of experience in planning and executing projects in the HVAC sector
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills as well as very good German language skills
• Very good MS 365 knowledge, CAD and SAP knowledge advantageous
