You already have initial experience in the field of business applications – not exclusively, but preferably in ABACUS – and actively participate in the operation of the ABACUS solution with us.
Within the company, you act as the first point of contact for ABACUS, process incoming tickets together with our ABACUS Business Application Owner and our ABACUS partner, and contribute to projects for the further development of our ERP platform. We offer you comprehensive insights into our business applications as well as into the diverse and exciting process landscape of an internationally active company. In addition, you will have the opportunity to further educate yourself in the ABACUS environment and in project management and gradually take on responsibility within the company.
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Support in the maintenance and optimization of the ABACUS platform.
- Leading and participating in the implementation of small and medium-sized projects within the framework of the ABACUS strategy.
- Participation in the implementation of larger projects and tasks within the framework of the ABACUS strategy.
- Requirement analyses involving customer service, production, purchasing, HR, sales, product management, and finance.
- Creation and maintenance of reports in ABACUS.
- Support of business user requests in ABACUS and at interfaces to Salesforce and BI.
- Creation of training materials and conducting introductions for new users.
You bring the following:
- Completed studies or training in IT, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience with common ERP, CRM, and BI applications is an advantage.
- Experience in administrative tasks within the framework of ABACUS implementation or similar ERP solutions.
- High motivation for continuous development of ABACUS knowledge through training, certifications, and practical experience.
- Independence, quick comprehension, and a customer-focused working style.
- Communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with various departments.
- Good English and German skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work hybrid with 3-4 days on-site per week.
