About the job

On behalf of our client, a major player in the energy sector in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Technician to strengthen their technical teams.

You will work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring their proper operation, maintenance and reliability while complying with safety and quality requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC installations.
• Diagnose faults and identify malfunctions.
• Carry out repair and recommissioning interventions.
• Perform checks, adjustments and optimisations of equipment.
• Participate in the monitoring and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations.
• Ensure traceability of interventions and complete maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, current standards and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with various technical stakeholders and operations teams.
• Participate, as needed, in improvement and modernisation works of installations.

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of HVAC, heating, air conditioning, ventilation or equivalent domain.
• Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge in heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning.
• Good analytical and fault diagnosis skills.
• Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility.
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
• High awareness of safety issues.
• Driving licence category B.
• Experience in an industrial, energy or complex technical environment is an advantage.
