Your Tasks

Friendly and professional care of our guests at the reception of Tamina Therme (Check-In / Check-Out)
Active, competent, personal as well as telephone advice and sales of all offers in the areas of pools, sauna, wellness, catering and Therme Boutique
Voucher and product sales on site, as well as booking and reservation of treatments, packages and courses
Contact point for all information and inquiries about Tamina Therme
Cash register management including billing and daily closing
Monitoring the access system for functionality
Close cooperation with internal cross-departmental teams

Your Profile

Training in sales and/or commercial field desirable
Professional experience in a service company (gastronomy/tourism industry advantageous)
Fluent German skills as well as good English skills (French and Italian advantageous)
Good user knowledge of MS Office required
Very friendly manners and well-groomed appearance
Communicative, confident and professional demeanor
High flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team
Loyalty and discretion
Enjoyment in guest care and working in a team
Willingness to schedule working hours on all weekdays as well as work on weekends and public holidays required
