Psychiatric long-term care
The Bergheim is a modern long-term care facility and has been awarded the EFQM Label Recognised for Excellence 4 Star.
We specialise in the care and support of people who suffer from a psychiatric impairment and are of advanced age. The Bergheim belongs to the Clienia Group and has 134 beds, of which 85 beds are operated in protected wards. Around one hundred employees take care daily of the well-being and needs of the residents. Creating quality of life together is our main focus.
Your tasks
- Planning, designing and accompanying the individual learning process of the learners
- Introduction, guidance and promotion of learners in everyday nursing
- Conducting learning support, as well as location and feedback discussions
- Assessment and qualification of learners based on the prescribed training instruments
- Planning and coordination of semester tasks (competency certificates, educational reports)
- Function as a link between learners, ward team and vocational training
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in nursing, preferably in long-term care and/or psychiatry
- Current nursing expertise
- Completed trainer course (at least 40 hours) or willingness to complete it
- Willingness to obtain the SVEB certificate Trainer
- Knowledge of the training requirements FaGe / AGS
- Organisational skills and structured way of working
- Enjoyment in working with learners and in knowledge transfer
- Constructive feedback culture
- Good communication skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2/C1)
