For Senevita Sonnenpark in Pratteln we are looking for from January 1, 2026 or by arrangement

Activation Specialist (m/f) 60%

Your Tasks

You shape everyday life, the activation program as well as the sociocultural events and carry out the activities
You support and accompany our residents
You work with external partners
You collaborate interdisciplinarily with all departments in the house

What You Bring

Further training as an activation and daily life design specialist
Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment in working with elderly people
Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
Resilience, flexibility, independence, and creativity are natural for you
You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
