Your tasks
- Competent advice to planners, architects, and clients regarding the building permit procedure as well as building, planning, and environmental law
- Professional handling of building applications and development of well-founded building law decisions
- Plenty of creative freedom in an open, future-oriented working environment
- Collaboration in a motivated team that jointly undertakes a responsible task for our municipality
Your profile
- Architectural knowledge and a pronounced sense for high building culture
- Good knowledge of Zurich planning, building, and environmental law
- Enjoyment of teamwork and active participation in shaping efficient building permit processes
- Professional appearance, clear communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to remain confident even in demanding situations
