Health Professional (m/f/d) 70 - 100% for the Sonnegarte Residential Home
Your tasks
- Planning and implementation of the educational and nursing support for older, adult people with multiple disabilities
- Taking on departmental and key worker responsibilities
- Participation in the planning and organisation of the daily routine
- Collaboration with parents, authorities, as well as internal and external specialists
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist or FaGe (healthcare assistant)
- Experience in supporting, caring for, and nursing people with cognitive support needs
- Openness to challenges in dealing with people with special needs
- Team-oriented, resilient, and committed personality
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
