Due to the maternity of our current post holder, we are looking for a motivated individual from 01.11.2026 or by arrangement as:

Nursing Unit Manager (80 -100%)

We expect:

• Completed training as a specialist in long-term care and support with a federal diploma or team leadership
• Enjoyment in working with people
• Flexible, resilient and empathetic personality
• Team player
• Leadership experience in the long-term care sector is an advantage
• Willingness to support trainees during their training
• Willingness to take on daily responsibility, ward duties and on-call duties
• Organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Openness to change
• Knowledge and experience with the RAI LTCF or NH classification model is an advantage
• Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
