Finance & Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
For an established Swiss SME, we are looking for an experienced individual who enjoys working operationally, thinks entrepreneurially, and independently manages the finance department. You can expect a central role with direct exchange with management and plenty of scope to shape the further development of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting including payment transactions and VAT
You prepare monthly and annual financial statements as well as the associated reporting and forecasts
You manage payroll accounting including reconciliations with social insurance
You support tax returns, calculations and cross-departmental projects
Qualifications:
You have a solid education in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal diploma or a comparable further qualification
You bring at least five years of professional experience in finance and accounting and have independently been responsible for financial statements
You have good knowledge of controlling, budgeting and liquidity planning
You are proficient in Excel and ERP systems; Abacus and BI knowledge are advantageous
You communicate confidently in German
