YOUR TASKS

Support of SAP users (1st and 2nd level)
Processing of incidents, requests, change requests, with a focus on variant
configuration
Processing of customer orders, production orders, bills of materials (production, sales, etc.), material masters, VC configuration profile, classes, characteristics, procedures, label printer, printer controls, etc.
Picking lists / message finding, forms, etc.
Processing of IDOC errors, support within business transactions
Escalation management to 3rd level if necessary
Development of workarounds in case of problems, solution documentation
Collaboration on VC questions with development / production planning and production
Processing of tickets

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience with SAP (ECC 6.0) in the area of VC, sales, production, materials management
Experience with other SAP modules (FI, PM) is an advantage
General understanding of industrial processes in ERP
Very good (fluent) German and English skills, both written and spoken
Structured and precise way of working
Very good Excel skills and technical understanding of systems
Analytical thinking, methodical and organizational skills
Ability to work solution-oriented under pressure
Flexible and service-oriented personality, teamwork / social skills /
Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
