Assistant Shift Supervisor (2-Shift)

In this exciting role, you are part of the shift supervisor team and jointly responsible for the smooth operation of a packaging line.

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:

• Co-responsibility for leading the shift team in the absence of the deputy shift supervisor
• Assistance with order processing (scheduling, planning, controlling) according to specifications
• Performing first-piece and self-inspections according to test plans/specifications
• Operating the packaging line
• Maintaining machines and their peripherals according to specifications
• Handling irregularities (machine malfunctions, etc.) and reporting to supervisors and specialists

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Production experience and technical aptitude
• Very good oral and written German skills
• High level of reliability, quality awareness and communication skills
• Good basic PC skills required
• Willingness to work 2-shift (early and late) is a prerequisite
