What awaits you: Train & coach our non-life external service teams on products, systems, processes, and sales techniques — in person, virtually, or both. Create engaging training paths using agile methods, mixing innovative digital tools and proven pedagogy. Support each employee individually through structured and caring tutoring. Adapt your communication according to your audience: whether a seasoned professional or someone new to the profession. Collaborate with the entire training team in Switzerland and stay updated on the latest training trends. What you bring: Solid expertise in non-life insurance, ideally enriched with experience in consulting or sales (specialist certificate or equivalent) — and the willingness to broaden your horizons if needed. Experience in adult education in the insurance field, with a trainer diploma (FSEA 1 or equivalent) or sufficient hours to be considered equivalent. A real talent for building connections: you know how to establish trust, make your training lively, and deliver messages with impact. Great autonomy and rigour, combined with strong adaptability in a dynamic environment — because things move fast here! Mastery of digital tools to design modern and effective hybrid training. Impeccable French; German is a real plus for collaborating with colleagues and participating in internal sessions.
