Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Conducting viewings, apartment inspections and handovers
- Coordinating renovation work and repairs with the responsible persons
- Assisting with onboarding new clients
- Direct contact with owners, auditors, caretakers, craftsmen, etc.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in the real estate sector
- Several years of professional experience in property management are required
- Team player, communication skills and organisational talent
- Confident German language skills
