Responsibilities:
- Managing the financial accounting including accounts payable, posting all business transactions
- Reconciling bank accounts, VAT returns, and various year-end tasks
- Handling payroll accounting including administration of social insurances and withholding tax as well as checking payrolls
- Coordinating and monitoring all operational, property, and personal insurances
- Supporting the finance management regarding controlling and reporting
- Coordinating the appointed property managements and administrative management of existing property portfolios
- Close cooperation with finance management and mutual representation
Qualifications:
- Commercial training with several years of experience in accounting
- Further training as an accounting clerk or fiduciary
- Good knowledge of Abacus and MS Office user skills, especially Excel
- Responsible, trustworthy, independent, and reliable personality
- Team-oriented and open, with high social competence
- Accurate and timely task completion with high quality
- Preferably experience with social insurances
