Dipl. Nurse

Geriatric rehabilitation, as a sought-after and successful service, is part of the Geriatric University Clinic Bern and has been established at the Belp location since 2008. We offer high-quality nursing and care for elderly people following a hospital stay. In close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, we work to enable patients to return to their home environment.

What to expect

• Implementation of rehabilitative nursing and care
• Consideration of individual patient needs
• Consultations and instructions for patients and their relatives

• Promotion of the rehabilitation process
• Participation in the training of nursing assistants and HF students

What you bring

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
• Enthusiastic, motivated personality
• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
• High social competence and communication skills
• Experience in dealing with geriatric patients and their relatives
• Willingness to help shape change processes
