Head of Internal Sales

Your area of responsibility

In this management position, after comprehensive and cross-departmental training, you will take responsibility for the internal sales department. The focus is on leading and further developing the employees. In close cooperation with the other department heads, you ensure that qualitative and quantitative goals are achieved. Your tasks also include participating in strategic projects and actively supporting key projects and customers, as well as ensuring the continuous development of processes and new products and services.

Your profile

After completing your basic training (ideally as a printing or media technologist, advertising technician, digital or offset printer, or similar), you have also furthered your education in leadership, marketing, sales, or business administration. Employee leadership and development are close to your heart. You have demonstrable experience in a similar role. You are used to leading by example and finding a healthy balance between operational and strategic tasks. You like people and enjoy success. Commitment, honesty, and reliability are values that are important to you. You consistently pursue your goals and look forward to sharing successes with your team. You love to think independently and act entrepreneurially and understand how to navigate different communication and hierarchy levels.
