What to expect
As an AI Engineer, you are part of our newly established AI Hub, which is responsible for the technological foundation of AI at Centris and simultaneously acts as an enabling team for the entire organisation. Together with the specialist departments, you identify and implement meaningful AI applications, from the idea to productive deployment.

• Together with business and process owners, you develop AI agents, LLM/GenAI applications, RAGs, and agent orchestration for specific business challenges
• You further develop our central platform for agents, AI services, LLM access, and knowledge management and are responsible for its operation
• You share know-how, develop patterns and best practices, and enable teams to use AI independently and responsibly
• You securely connect APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems, and develop PoCs into robust, scalable productive solutions
• You ensure data protection, IAM, and traceability from the start with AI solutions and implement the necessary guardrails

• Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI or comparable technologies, including productive operation
• Initial experience with agentic workflows/multi-agent systems is an advantage
• Good understanding of modern software architectures, APIs, integration, cloud, and production-ready systems
• Knowledge of Python, LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases or Azure complete your profile
• Business fluent German, fluent English skills (min. B1)

• You work proactively, independently and in a structured manner and bring topics to a viable solution
• You translate technical challenges into meaningful AI solution approaches and work with stakeholders on an equal footing
• You act as an enabler and technical leader, share knowledge and explain technical decisions clearly
