Head of Fiduciary Services (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the comprehensive handling of fiduciary mandates
- You take over an established client base
- You are responsible for preparing interim and annual financial statements and competently lead advisory discussions and balance sheet meetings
- You develop concepts for retirement provision and liquidity security for our clients
- You are responsible for independently conducting payroll accounting including social security calculations and carry out special clarifications for clients
- You represent our clients competently in dealings with authorities
- You actively support the digitalisation and optimisation of our administrative processes
- You share responsibility for the business development of our location and contribute your own ideas
- You participate actively in industry-specific events and maintain our network by attending events
Qualifications:
- You have a professional certificate in fiduciary services or in finance and accounting or have further specialised in these fields
- You show openness to innovation and enjoy engaging with the latest trends and technologies
- Knowledge of the Abacus software solutions further enhances your profile
- Your affinity for numbers and your precise, solution-oriented working style distinguish you
- You communicate effortlessly in German and English
