Responsible for administration with the main tasks "personnel administration", "financial accounting" and "executive assistant". This is a part-time position at 50%,
expandable up to 100% by working in the back office reception.
Tasks
Independent management of financial accounting (Bananas), preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as audits, independent execution of internal audits, control of commission statements in cooperation with the reception. Organization and control of document archiving. Preparation of employment contracts for employees, payroll accounting, contacts with the employment office and other external agencies, support of personnel in special matters, close cooperation with management and all executives, participation in ad-hoc project teams.
Handling special tasks for management, especially correspondence.
Italian and German (100% bilingual, not only spoken but also written). Ideally a Ticinese with roots in the German-speaking part of Switzerland or a German-speaking Swiss with roots in Ticino. English and French skills are an advantage. This is a position of great trust with a versatile and varied field of work. Professional development opportunities.
