Job Description

Depending on preference and experience, a management internship or regular internship is possible

• You manage your own station; this includes both half-board and à la carte service, including food and wine advice
• Depending on the shift, you also work at the bar, in the lounge and hall, and assist with the preparation and tidying of the restaurant areas
• You share responsibility for ensuring a high quality standard

Qualifications

• You are an outgoing front-of-house person and love guest contact
• You are a team player
• You speak German and ideally have knowledge of foreign languages
