Are you ready to actively shape the marketing and quality processes of our educational institution, the FM Academy (www.fm-academy.ch) with 20 lecturers, in a dynamic environment? In this position, you will conduct market research and market analyses, ensure first-class educational offerings with your trained eye for the eduQua:2021 certification. In addition, you will independently participate in projects, create timely reports on utilization and success metrics, and manage our online platforms as well as the social media publication plan. Your main tasks:

- Market research & analyses: You independently conduct market and competitor analyses, evaluate statistical data, and derive recommendations for action for our educational offerings.
- Online presence & platform management: You maintain and update our online platforms, ensure current course information, and optimize user-friendliness.
- Social media & communication: You plan, create, and publish target group-oriented content according to the social media publication plan, manage the social media channels, and keep the website always up to date.
- Quality assurance & certification: You monitor the quality of educational offerings, coordinate internal audits, and ensure ongoing compliance with eduQua:2021 certification requirements.
- Project management & reporting: You take on project leadership, coordinate internal and external participants, and create precise, timely reports on course utilization, implementation, and success metrics.
- Administration & accounting: You record participant registrations, create invoices, and support administrative processes in educational management.
- Course planning & teaching material management: You create the annual course plan, coordinate dates and lecturers, and ensure the currency and availability of teaching materials.

Your profile:

- Education & further training: You have completed a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification and have ideally further trained in educational management, marketing, or quality management.
- Professional experience: You bring at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in education or an organization with certification and project responsibility.
- Expertise: You have solid knowledge in marketing management, project management, quality management, data analysis, and handling eduQua certifications.
- Digital skills: You work confidently with MS Office. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.
- Personal strengths: You are characterized by analytical thinking, organizational talent, and a precise, independent working style. You enjoy communication and teamwork and keep an overview even in hectic phases.
