Area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the operational management of projects in the field of rope access technology & fall protection
- Leadership and coordination of assembly teams on site
- Active participation on the construction site: assembly, installation and implementation of fall protection systems together with the team
- Central contact person for all project participants on site
- Responsibility for the timely, cost-effective and quality-compliant implementation of projects while adhering to all safety and environmental regulations
- Responsibility for technical decisions and problem-solving in case of deviations on site
- Work preparation including deployment, resource and material planning as well as coordination of all parties involved
- Creation of assembly and safety concepts for work in fall-hazardous areas
- Documentation of completed work as well as participation in project completion and handover to the customer
- Participation in customer projects already in the preparation phase, including technical clarifications and support in the preparation of offers
Your profile
Required
- "We secure jobs" – consistent implementation of the slogan in daily work
- Rope access technology Level 3 ideal, or Level 2 with clear intention to achieve Level 3
- Professional experience in project management and/or personnel leadership
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Confident PC skills, very good user knowledge
- Driving licence category B
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Organisational talent as well as clear decision-making ability
- Customer-, solution- and result-oriented thinking
- Proactive attitude and high resilience even in demanding phases
- Team orientation combined with assertiveness
- Empathy and ability to resolve conflicts constructively
