Operational Readiness Lead SAR

For the area of sterile filling / lyophilization within the Production Department, we are looking for a

Sterility Assurance Roadmap Readiness Lead

Based on the current regulatory requirements (Annex 1), a team of specialists from different areas is working at the Bern site on the planning and implementation of the Sterility Assurance Roadmap (SAR), a program consisting of various individual projects.
 

You report to the Head of Operational Services, are part of the project team, and coordinate the individual steps of the respective projects and their dependencies. You plan the necessary project interruptions of the involved sterile filling lines and share responsibility for the timely implementation of the individual projects as well as the entire SAR program.

Your tasks essentially include:

• Coordination and overview of project and maintenance interruptions within the framework of the Sterility Assurance Roadmap project (SAR)
• Integration of new processes and equipment parts into the structure of the existing filling lines
• Support of the equipment in the development of processes and ensuring that these are considered in the project
• Ensuring that the Operations Team is ready for each phase of the project, that the technical measures are developed by the Project Delivery Team and ready for implementation, and that the implementation in routine production works flawlessly
• Support of the Aseptic Process Excellence Team in various conceptual tasks and in the implementation of various changes

You bring the following qualifications and professional experiences:

• Completed studies in the natural sciences field (FH/University)
• 5 years of professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry and in a GMP environment
• Independent working style, quick comprehension in dealing with new topics and building project-specific expertise
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain an overview in hectic situations
• Proactive personality who understands how to deal with uncertainties, questions existing processes, and contributes suggestions
• Team player who communicates clearly and openly and actively involves their stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
