Wine Consultant in Field Sales (80–100 %)

About the job

Your Task

You will take responsibility for the care and further development of our customer base in the gastronomy and specialised trade around Lake Zurich.

Your main tasks include:

- Care and expansion of existing gastronomy customers

- Acquisition of new customers and building long-term business relationships

- Active consulting of restaurants, hotels, bars and other gastronomy and catering businesses

- Presentation and sale of our own wine range as well as selected imported wines

- Development of individual wine and assortment solutions for our customers

- Independent planning of your customer visits and sales activities

- Maintenance of customer data and sales activities in the CRM

- Market observation and identification of new sales opportunities

Your Profile

You are an open, communicative and entrepreneurial-minded person who enjoys working independently and takes pleasure in inspiring customers about wine.

Ideally, you have:

- Training as a winemaker, wine technologist or in gastronomy

- Experience in field sales, sales or gastronomy – ideally in the wine or beverage sector

- An existing network in gastronomy or the ability to quickly build one

- Enthusiasm for wine and willingness to continuously expand your expertise

- Enjoyment of consulting and active selling

- Independent, reliable and well-organised working style

- Confident and polished appearance

- Willingness and flexibility for evening and weekend work

- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage

- Good MS Office and CRM knowledge

- Driving licence category B
