Class and annual salary (including 13th month):
6 68,456.-- / 107,475.--
Tasks:
- organise and promote individual or group observation activities
- collaborate in the development of individualised projects for users placed in the Assessment and Professional Orientation Area (Youth Assessment Sector and Educational and Housing Service) and implement decisions made during network meetings
- ensure educational support and an individual development plan for insured persons placed in the foyer
- support the individualised pathway of people benefiting from a professional measure of the Disability Insurance
- manage the organisation and operation of the Assessment and Professional Orientation Area
- contribute to the drafting of reports required by the UAI mandate for the assigned users
- actively participate in interdisciplinary working groups
- ensure operational flexibility according to service needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor SUP in social work or equivalent qualifications
- proven work experience with vulnerable users
- knowledge of the territory and social network of Canton Ticino
- motivation and initiative
- organisational and decision-making skills
- excellent writing, communication and mediation skills
- availability for evening and night work
- excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- willingness for continuous training
- category B driving licence
- good command of the Italian language (conversation and writing) and knowledge (conversation and writing) of a second official language
- preferential qualifications include:
- knowledge of disability insurance and in particular its professional measures
- experience with adolescents in assessment and in foyer
