- Independent execution and coordination of maintenance work as well as documentation of the measures carried out
- Analysis and rectification of faults in building technical systems and facilities
- Operation, monitoring and configuration of systems in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- Coordination and professional consultation with external planners, service providers and internal contacts
- Preparation and monitoring of investment and maintenance budgets
- Support of construction and infrastructure projects from planning to implementation, taking into account costs, deadlines and quality
- Further training at HF or FH level in facility management or similar is a great advantage
- Professional experience in technical facility management, building management or a related environment
- Good business understanding as well as experience in dealing with budgets and investments
- Strong organisational and coordination skills combined with an independent and structured way of working
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to take on on-call duties

Profile
- Completed basic training in the field of building technology, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical or a comparable technical discipline- Further training at HF or FH level in facility management or similar is a great advantage

- Strong organisational and coordination skills combined with an independent and structured way of working
