• You have good knowledge in the application of RAI-LTCF
• Ensuring the nursing process

• You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures

• Ensure the flow of information with external partners (doctors, health insurance companies)
• You recognize and manage emergency situations

• Training as a certified nursing specialist HF, FH, DNI/II, certified nurse AKP, PsyKP
• You are independent, competent, and enjoy working in a team
• You enjoy working with elderly people and are committed to the diverse tasks
• Good oral and written German skills
• Further training in RAI-LTCF is an advantage
• Knowledge of topics such as palliative care and dementia
