Restoration Staff Member in the Residential Group 50%

Respectful and committed with head, heart and hand – that is what sumia stands for. In our retirement home in Sumiswald, we offer 130 residents a personal and safe home in the rural Emmental. Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

The restoration team is responsible for professional guest service in the residential groups. We are looking for reinforcement to cover during holidays.

• You are a host in a residential group and care for our residents during main meals
• You gladly take on all tasks related to the set table
• Weekend shifts are naturally part of your duties

• Training as a domestic specialist EFZ or hotel specialist EFZ or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
• Caring for elderly people fulfils you and gives you purpose
• You work with quality and hygiene awareness and take responsibility
• Appreciation, openness and team spirit characterise your actions

• Employment according to the collective labour agreement of the Bernese long-term care institutions
• Your duty roster is available to you at least one month in advance
