Wellmaster / Yard Manager

About the job

Your diverse range of duties:

Organisation and supervision of the entire water supply (80-90%)

Personnel and administrative management of the yard and its team (10-20%)

Maintenance of facilities (reservoirs, pumping stations, etc.), pipelines and water supply technology

Participation in the planning of new projects or replacement of facilities and pipelines of the water supply or replacement of sewage pipes

Your profile:

Completed vocational training, preferably in mechanical or installation fields

Training as a wellmaster or willingness to complete it

Good German skills in spoken and written form

Good PC skills, CAD knowledge advantageous

Communicative, team-oriented, good leadership qualities and organisational skills

Independent and resilient with a high degree of personal responsibility

Driving licence category B and BE

Willingness to perform on-call duties in water and winter services

You have a technical flair and strengths in organisation and administration
