You will
- be the competent contact person for self-employed individuals, SMEs and selected private customers and advise them holistically
- build and further expand your own customer portfolio
- sell our products and services professionally and according to needs
- spend about 50% of the time outside the branch, on site with customers
- refer customers to other segments within the framework of cross-/upselling
You bring
- a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the credit sector
- up-to-date expertise and a completed bank-specific further education
- affinity and experience in acquisition as well as enjoyment of daily customer contact with recognising needs and expectations
- high independence and high mobility
- strong communication skills, goal- and service-orientation
