Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for project management of demanding heating and cooling projects in the Zurich area. You will take on medium to large building technology projects and accompany them from technical planning and calculation through procurement and execution to commissioning and handover. You will be responsible for costs, deadlines, quality and resources and coordinate internal as well as external project participants. The position combines technical project planning with operational project management and commercial responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of medium to large heating and cooling projects
Technical and organisational handling of projects from planning to handover
Development and optimisation of heating and cooling concepts for new builds and renovations
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project progress
Preparation of calculations, offers and change orders
Planning and coordination of materials, personnel, suppliers and subcontractors
Participation in tenders, awards and supplier purchasing
Technical review of offers and conducting price and award negotiations
Coordination of planners, installation teams, suppliers and other project partners
Preparation and review of execution documents, technical calculations and system documentation
Support during installation, commissioning, acceptance and defect rectification
Support of the client and other contacts throughout the entire project process
Qualifications:
Completed training as building services planner heating EFZ or comparable basic building technology training
Further training as technician HF building technology or FH degree advantageous
Several years of professional experience in heating/cooling and project management
Sound knowledge in planning, calculation, execution and commissioning of HVAC systems
Experience with cost, deadline, quality and supplier management
Knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and building technology regulations
Very good German language skills spoken and written
