To complete the Interventional Cardiology team at the Cardiocentro Ticino Institute in Lugano, we are looking for a
Nurse (100%)
Profile:
The ideal candidate is able to ensure the care and management of cardiac patients with acute clinical conditions in an inter- and multidisciplinary collaboration, respecting professional standards and the Institute's Mission, in a care context based on relationships.
The interventional cardiology nurse is required to be reliable, flexible, have good organisational skills and an overall vision. They can manage complex clinical situations characterised by rapid evolution. Sensitive to interpersonal dynamics, they maintain a positive attitude even under high stress.
Necessary requirements:
- CRS nurse diploma (or equivalent recognised qualification);
- At least 3 years of experience in an acute ward;
- Excellent planning and independent work management skills;
- Good stress management and ability to handle heavy workloads;
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and adaptability;
- Cooperation skills and team spirit;
- Proficiency in main computer applications (office suite).
