Scope
In this versatile and responsible position, you will take the lead on demanding qualification and validation projects in the pharmaceutical environment. You will lead project teams, coordinate customer projects according to current GMP requirements, and actively shape innovative solutions. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to the further development of our service portfolio and the sustainable growth of our company.
Your contribution to success is achieved through the following tasks:
- Project management of qualification teams at our customer
- Master planning and management of qualification and validation projects
- Budgeting, scheduling, and adherence to the approved budget
- Project control including progress monitoring and change control coordination
- Risk and stakeholder management
- Interface coordination
- Ensuring a needs-based information and communication culture
- GMP-compliant work and documentation
- Continuous optimisation of workflows to improve quality and efficiency
- Project acquisition, offer preparation, and business development
- Transfer of know-how within the framework of training measures
For this, you bring the following:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment with sound knowledge in project management, qualification, and validation
- Extensive experience with relevant regulations (e.g. ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820)
- Strong communication skills, customer and quality orientation
- Strategic thinking and structured working
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Initiative and enjoyment in taking responsibility in dynamic project teams
- Extensive experience in leading project teams
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland (2-3 days per week)
