You actively support our marketing team in driving B2B customer acquisition and engagement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for planning and executing all events from A to Z – from the initial creative idea to operational follow-up.
• Close collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Design to successfully bring our event concepts to life.
• Further development of the event strategy for internal and external target groups, always aligned with our marketing and corporate goals.
• Targeted increase of brand awareness and lead generation through effective event measures.
• Representing FELFEL as an event ambassador and building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, customers, and service providers.
• Skilful negotiation of contracts and terms with external partners for optimal implementation.
• Independent management of event budgets including defining clear goals for measurable lead generation.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 3–5 years of solid experience in events and partnerships.
• Strong marketing understanding combined with pronounced entrepreneurial thinking.
• Confident use of common project management tools and experience in contract negotiation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent German and English; French is a big plus.
• Non-smoker – we don’t want you to smell of cigarettes, neither at work nor during client visits. After all, FELFEL is all about good food.
• Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
