This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager for the Vertical Electronics and Semiconductors on a fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave for approximately 18 months.
You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our market presence and driving engagement within this dynamic sector.
What are your responsibilities?
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the Electronics and Semiconductors vertical, aligning with global and regional business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the Electronics and Semiconductors industry.
- Collaborate with sales teams, product management, and other internal stakeholders to create compelling messaging and value propositions for our solutions.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing.
- Create and manage marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and website content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future activities.
- Support the development of sales enablement tools and materials to empower our sales force in the Electronics and Semiconductors market.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Siemens Digital Industries within the Electronics and Semiconductors community, building relationships and fostering engagement.
You’ll win us over by:
- Essential Industrial Experience: Proven marketing experience within the B2B semiconductor, electronics industry or industrial automation is required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and trade fairs abroad. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely for the majority of the time.

In Austria the gross annual salary is based on the collective agreement of the Electrical and Electronics industry. Depending on education and experience, overpayment is possible.
