In the Customer Operations area, we shape the individual experiences of our customers in the event of claims and benefits. What to expect You work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented on complex benefit cases (disability and death) You use your in-depth legal, medical, and economic skills to assess benefit claims You enjoy demanding written and oral communication with insured persons, doctors, lawyers, authorities, and other parties You handle coordination with external bodies such as the federal disability insurance, accident insurers, health insurers, etc. with ease Collaboration with internal trusted doctors, case managers, executive inspectors, and the legal department is part of your job, as is commissioning external expert offices You naturally contribute to continuous process improvement ... and occasionally, some travel is part of this role What you bring You have completed a commercial or equivalent education or alternatively a medical training, as well as several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the personal injury sector You are an open, courageous, interested, and decisive personality who enjoys communication and has a confident negotiating style Your fluent German and French are essential (spoken and written), and ideally your Italian and English skills (advantageous) make you valuable to us You are proficient with MS Office applications and have basic accounting knowledge for evaluating annual financial statements (and determining income losses) What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
