Responsibilities

• Implementation of the mandate and strategy of the Board of Trustees
• Overall responsibility for the nursing department
• Leadership of the hygiene commission and projects
• Participation in internal and external groups
• Management of the hospital as part of the hospital management

Requirements

• Completed training in nursing (HF/FH, BScN, MSc Nursing advantageous)
• Leadership experience in complex organisations, entrepreneurial skills
• Experience in project management
• Communicative, loyal, team-oriented, high social competence
• Careful, reliable, patient- and service-oriented
