For our Front Office, we are looking for an engaged Head of Front Office Underwriting 100% immediately or by agreement. Your tasks:
- Acting as the deputy of the Customer Care Director in their absence regarding the organization of workflows as well as in relation to internal and external controls - Organizing workflows, processing financing applications for private and corporate clients
- Professional and personnel management of the Front Office team
- Conducting regular checks on compliance with procedures and competencies
- Piloting, tracking, and further developing processes with the aim of increasing quality and
- Monitoring and analyzing results as well as daily statistics
- Participation in various projects
- Reviewing and processing incoming financing applications including credit checks in case of bottlenecks.
- Advising sellers, dealers, and customers on new and used car financing
- Decision-making according to internal DOA guidelines or forwarding decision-ready
- Supporting sales with questions regarding contract processing. What you bring:
- Training as a commercial employee EFZ
- Completed HF/FH degree in business administration or other federal
- Several years of experience in the automotive or financing industry
- Leadership experience
- High resilience and team ability
- Very good MS Excel skills
- Native German, good French and English skills, Italian is an advantage
