To allow our clients to fully focus on their core business, we relieve them of all matters related to financial management and advise them holistically and comprehensively. For our Weinfelden location, we are looking for a Mandate Manager Fiduciary 80-100% (a).

Mandate Manager Fiduciary (a)

Your Tasks

• Advising and supporting our SME clients in all areas of finance and accounting as well as all tax matters
• Managing financial and payroll accounting
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements and discussing them with clients
• Preparing tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Involvement in internal as well as external special projects

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience as a mandate manager in a fiduciary company
• Professional certificate in fiduciary services, finance and accounting, or federal diploma as fiduciary expert/tax expert
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as high quality standards
• Open, flexible, resilient, positive thinking and team-oriented
