Your tasks

• Professional leadership for the specialised diagnostics area
• Validating and reporting laboratory medical analytics in the field of immunology
• Evaluation, introduction, monitoring, and validation of new laboratory test procedures
• Ensuring a high-quality, reliable, and economical service
• Compliance with and development of scientifically based analytics
• Ensuring quality standards
• Collaboration with the laboratory manager, marketing, and management
• Active participation in training, further education, and continuing education

What you bring

• Completed studies in human medicine, microbiology, biology, or biochemistry
• Further training as a Specialist in Laboratory Medicine FAMH Immunology
• Proven experience in the field of immunology
• Professional experience in the same or a comparable role
• Communicative personality and high social competence
• Teamwork skills and ability for constructive collaboration
• Very good German skills (C2 level), good knowledge of English
