About the job
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an independent and responsible Hotel Specialist / Domestic Services Specialist with a hands-on mentalityWhat you bring:
- Federal VET Diploma as Hotel Specialist or Domestic Services Specialist
- Enjoyment of a varied working day with assignments in service, kitchen and housekeeping
- Experience as a team leader, as well as at the reception in Swiss hospitality is an advantage
- High service orientation and an eye for detail & cleanliness
- Structured working method and organisational talent
- Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Friendly & well-groomed appearance, good communication skills
- Very good German skills C1 in spoken & written form
- Good IT skills
- Awareness of sustainability and quality management
Area of responsibility:
- Hostess and first contact person for our organisers and their participants at the front desk
- Daily assistance in service, housekeeping and, if necessary, at the reception
- Responsible for the smooth running of service & the impeccable cleanliness in the entire housekeeping - seminar area
- Check-in & check-out of hotel guests, creating reservation confirmations & compiling seminar documents
- Organisation and execution of final cleaning & daily cleaning of public & seminar areas
- Responsible for the laundry and its inventory
- Compliance with HCCP hygiene & cleanliness standards
