To complement our existing team at Grimselweg, we are looking for a Specialist in Work Integration and Logistics 60% (m/f/d) from 01.12.2026 or by arrangement You look forward to the following tasks

• Individual, targeted promotion and support of our employees with a performance impairment as a contact person
• Planning, organisation and supervision of work processes in the daily operations of our logistics centre Grimselweg with a social and economic mission
• Ensuring smooth operational processes as well as taking on administrative and coordinating tasks
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as participation in projects and working groups

With this profile, you are exactly right with us

• Training in work pedagogy, social pedagogy or a comparable field HF/FH
• Basic training in crafts, logistics, sales or product presentation desired
• Experience in vocational integration and support of people with impairments
• High social competence as well as appreciative and team-oriented working style
• Independent, structured and reliable personality
• Professional IT user skills (MS Office) and confident German in spoken and written form
