What you will move with us
- As a key contact person, you support, accompany and promote young adult and adolescent patients in managing their life and everyday challenges throughout the entire treatment period.
- Co-designing the milieu-therapeutic structures on the ward is also part of your responsibilities.
- You take on the professional leadership of the nursing team in tandem with the team leader.
- In the absence of the team leader, you are responsible for the personnel management of the nursing team.
- You recognise crisis situations and are able to act competently within the scope of your competencies.
- You work according to the Lean philosophy and interprofessionally for our patients.
- You lead group therapeutic offerings.

- With your completed training as Dipl. Nurse HF or Social Pedagogue HF.
- With your minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy.
- With your willingness to take responsibility in personnel and professional leadership and to continuously develop and improve our treatment quality.
- Through your pronounced social competence and communication skills.
- Through your willingness to work irregular hours.
- Because you are willing to participate in conceptual work and project groups.
- Through your professional experience in the field of psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy.
