We are currently looking for reinforcement for our customer service team with the possibility to work up to 100% remotely or on-site in Baar. Your Tasks
- First point of contact for our customers regarding their orders – by phone and chat.
- Competent, friendly and solution-oriented advice on questions about order processing.
- Early recognition of customer needs and actively contributing observations to the further development of our service quality.
- Careful documentation of customer inquiries and ensuring professional follow-up.
- Active contribution to a positive and convincing customer experience through a strong service orientation.
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
- You enjoy telephone and written customer contact.
- With your empathetic, friendly and service-oriented manner, you respond confidently and professionally to different concerns.
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and reliable way of working.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Teamwork is natural to you, and you actively contribute to positive collaboration.
