We are looking for a motivated and proactive personality as:

Security Centralist Alarm Center (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

Independent management of the alarm center
Coordination of operations and collaboration with the on-site team
Receiving and processing emergency calls, alarm, and disturbance reports
Triggering defined emergency processes
Creating incident reports

What you bring:

You identify with the security industry and ideally already have some experience in similar fields
Mental resilience, assertiveness, flexibility, autonomous working style
German language skills in spoken and written form at C1 level, English at B1 level
and you understand dialect
Basic technical understanding, good IT user skills (Google, browser,
Office applications)
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (7x24h)
Clean criminal record and debt collection extract
