What to expect with us
- You accompany the implementation of digital processes and/or new functions from specification to configuration and bring them to a successful conclusion.
- You are close to the specialist departments, clarify complex technical as well as professional issues, and bring structure to demanding requirements.
- You specify user stories and ensure implementation (including acceptance and testing).
- You communicate confidently and on equal terms with specialist departments and technical contacts, understand their different requirements, and create sustainable solutions for all parties through your mediation skills.
- You work closely with our external and internal partners.
- Depending on the topic, you take on additional responsibility in the role of project manager.
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in natural sciences, computer science, business informatics or business administration, or a similar education.
- Initial professional experience in the field of digitalisation or as a business analyst.
- Stakeholder management both internally and with external partners.
- Flair/interest for technological trends and experience in agile project management and business analysis.
- A high awareness of quality, a structured way of working with clear priorities, and enthusiasm for a service-oriented, dynamic environment.
