PILOT OPERATOR

Shift work in 2 or 3 teams according to production plan

DESIRED PROFILE

• Preferably a technical CFC or equivalent training.

• Specific knowledge: basic computer tools (Word, SAP, Excel, Access..).

• Ability to perform various tasks related to the chemical industry: assembly, disassembly and cleaning of manufacturing elements (pump, valve, pipes, ...),

• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly

• Strong technical orientation

• Ability to generate ideas for process improvement

• Ability to integrate into the team

MAIN TASKS

• Ensure the optimal operation of the manufacturing installation and keep a handwritten protocol of the various points of the prescription

• Take control samples reliably

• Apply safety instructions and comply with manufacturing prescriptions and directives

• Support the pilot technical agent in training new associates, temporary collaborators and apprentices.

• Be able to start and stop the installations

• Enter faulty points into the fault management system (SAP).

• Participate in the commissioning of an installation with the various resulting tests

• Perform TQM tests on temperature and pressure measurements.
