Operational Buyer 80-100%
Your tasks
Responsibility for material availability in the assigned area for operational order processing and disposition
Scheduling and quantity planning
Master data maintenance in SAP (disposition and purchasing data)
Monitoring order confirmations, delivery dates, and issuing reminders
Creation and processing of inquiries, quantity contracts, complaints, and error reports
Support of the assigned suppliers
Support of strategic purchasing and work preparation
Creation of evaluations and analyses
Supervision of our commercial trainees in operational procurement
Requirements profile
Several years of experience in industrial disposition and purchasing, ideally completed technical training
Experience in work preparation (AVOR) is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Customer- and solution-oriented attitude as well as networked thinking and acting
Precise and flexible working style, team-oriented and resilient personality
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
