• Operating, setting and monitoring production and packaging systems
• Quickly identifying and resolving disruptions in the production process
• Controlling and ensuring the quality of the end products
• Carrying out maintenance work and minor repairs on the various systems

• Interest in the processing of natural products
• Interest in working with machines and systems
• Good IT skills
• Reliability and hygiene awareness
• Resilience and willingness to work irregular hours (partly shift work)

• Practical and varied training
• Support from experienced practical and vocational trainers
• Good employment conditions, e.g. 6 weeks of vacation
• Wage supplement for worked shift hours
• Possibility of permanent employment after successful completion of the apprenticeship examination
